Privacy Notice

Valentine's Cup will only collect data that is pertinent to the process of participating in the quadball tournament we are running. The only data collected on players is that which is communicated via the sign-up forms, medical forms, media permissions forms, merchandise forms, media forms, contact forms, and email communcations with tournament attendees.

Raw collected data will be held securely in files that may only be accessed by the tournament committee. At any point you may contact us to request any data that we hold that pertains to you, and at your request we will delete any data that we hold that concerns you.

Valentines' Cup captains will have access to data which is relevant to their drafting; this will include information of your quidditch experience, current club, playing positions and preferences, and gender. Your selected display name and partnership name will be visible to the public when the draft is complete.

All data pertaining to players, volunteers, and spectators that has been collected in order to run the tournament will be deleted 60 days after the tournament ends.
